Mark's integrity and leadership is, and has always been, second to none. Mark is the first to step forward when help is needed, and the last to leave. He holds high expectations of those around him, and even higher for himself. He does not waiver when facing crisis or conflict, he is the leader other leaders follow because they sense his determination and knowledge.
Mark Lowery possess all the qualities to be considered "Worthy of Trust and Confidence." Mark's relentless pursuit of justice, duty, courage, honesty, and loyalty is woven in his character like the fabric of a well fitted jacket that he wears everyday. Mark doesn't need cue cards or manuals to know what to do because he does what is faithful and what resolves the situation at hand.
