I have known Mark Lowery for over 20 years and I had the privilege of working with Mark Lowery on multiple occasions while he served as the Special Agent in Charge of the United States Secret Service of the Dallas Field Office. Frequently, my former agency (Highland Park Dept of Public Safety) would have Presidents and Heads of State visit our community which required considerable coordination with the US Secret Service. Mark was always the most professional and thorough Special Agent in Charge that I have ever worked with. He consistently puts mission before himself and is one of the most ethical individuals that I know. Mark Lowery is a problem solver, servant leader, and a man of faith.

• He was appointed as the Senior Executive Service Special Agent in Charge by the United States Secret Service
• He was awarded the Medal of Valor Award by the Secret Service, the Agency’s highest award
• He received the Treasurer’s Certificate for his performance from the Secretary of Treasury.
• He is a past member of the International Association of Chief’s of Police
• He is a past member of the American Society for Industrial Security
