Tegan Broadwater
CEO, Tactical Network Systems

I have known Mark Lowery since 2013, and in that time, he has consistently demonstrated the kind of character and leadership that transcends political affiliation. As someone who remains apolitical in my professional and public life, I do not endorse candidates lightly. This endorsement is not about party. Rather, it is about the man. Mark has proven himself to be someone whose word is his bond and who shows up when it matters most. On a personal level, he has been willing to share both his time and effort during times of need, revealing a genuine commitment to the people in his life.
Professionally, my firm, Tactical Systems Network, has worked closely with Mark on important and particularly sensitive projects where trust, discretion, and accountability
are paramount. Throughout our collaboration, Mark has consistently displayed an exceptional work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and a sincere care for the clients we serve. He approaches challenges with an open mind, welcomes new ideas, and proves himself to be an ideal teammate. Perhaps most importantly, he possesses the courage to take firm stands on difficult issues that others might avoid under pressure, a
quality essential for effective leadership.
Notably, my son attended Acton and Granbury schools for several years, which offered me opportunities to experience the towns, meet the people, and gain a genuine sense
of the growing Hood community. So, party aside, Mark Lowery would represent the people of Hood County with the caring and respectful authority necessary to foster
positive change where m needed, while maintaining the essential character and culture of the community. Real progress requires leaders who prioritize community strength over
political scorecards, and Mark embodies that principle. I am confident he will serve Hood
County with integrity, competence, and an unwavering commitment to doing what is right, not what is easy.
Respectfully,
